About Dave DeWalt
Dave DeWalt is Chief Executive Officer and President of McAfee, Inc. He joined McAfee in April, 2007. Prior to McAfee, DeWalt oversaw customer operations and sales at EMC Corporation. His responsibilities included channels, alliances and partners, product sales, global accounts, vertical programs, and field business operations. DeWalt also led EMC's content management and archiving software business.

Previously, DeWalt was executive vice president and president, EMC Software Group. He was responsible for ESG's business, product, technology, and go-to-market strategies, for accelerating the integration of the EMC Documentum and EMC Legato sales teams, and for advancing EMC's evolution to a leading solutions-focused technology company. Prior to that, DeWalt was executive vice president, EMC Software Group, sharing responsibility for its leadership with executive vice president Mark Lewis since 2004. DeWalt joined EMC in 2003 when EMC acquired Documentum, the global leader in enterprise content management, where he served as president and CEO for more than two years. DeWalt led Documentum through nine consecutive quarters of growth, five record revenue quarters, and four successful acquisitions.

DeWalt has more than 20 years in the technology industry — spanning engineering, product management, marketing, and sales management. Prior to joining Documentum, DeWalt was founding principal and vice president of Eventus Software. Following the 1998 acquisition of Eventus by Segue Software, DeWalt served as Segue's vice president of North American sales. Before Eventus, he was vice president of sales and marketing at Quest Software, and before that held various positions in sales management over six years at Oracle Corporation.

DeWalt was named one of the 25 most influential executives in high technology by the readers of the industry publication CRN. He received his B.S. in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware.

About Howard Schmidt
Howard A. Schmidt has had a long distinguished career in defense, law enforcement, and corporate security spanning almost 40 years. He has served as Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer and Chief Security Strategist for online auction giant eBay. He has served in the position of Chief Security Strategist for the US CERT Partners Program for the National Cyber Security Division, Department of Homeland Security. He retired from the White House after 31 years of public service in local and federal government. He was appointed by President Bush as the Vice Chair of the President’s Critical Infrastructure Protection Board and as the Special Adviser for Cyberspace Security for the White House in December 2001. He assumed the role as the Chair in January 2003 until his retirement in May 2003.

Prior to the White House, Howard was chief security officer for Microsoft Corp., where his duties included CISO, CSO, and forming and directing the Trustworthy Computing Security Strategies Group. Before Microsoft, Mr. Schmidt was a supervisory special agent and director of the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) Computer Forensic Lab and Computer Crime and Information Warfare Division. While there, he established the first dedicated computer forensic lab in the government. Before AFOSI, Mr. Schmidt was with the FBI at the National Drug Intelligence Center, where he headed the Computer Exploitation Team. He is recognized as one of the pioneers in the field of computer forensics and computer evidence collection. Before working at the FBI, Mr. Schmidt was a city police officer from 1983 to 1994 for the Chandler Police Department in Arizona.

Mr. Schmidt served with the U.S. Air Force in various roles from 1967 to 1983, both in active duty and in the civil service. He had served in the Arizona Air National Guard from 1989 until 1998 when he transferred to the U.S. Army Reserves as a Special Agent, Criminal Investigation Division where he continues to serve. He has testified as an expert witness in federal and military courts in the areas of computer crime, computer forensics, and Internet crime. Mr. Schmidt also serves as the international president of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA) and was the first president of the Information Technology Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ITISAC). He is a former executive board member of the International Organization of Computer Evidence, and served as the co-chairman of the Federal Computer Investigations Committee. He is a member of the American Academy of Forensic Scientists. He had served as a board member for the CyberCrime Advisory Board of the National White Collar Crime Center. He served as an augmented member to the President's Committee of Advisors on Science and Technology in the formation of an Institute for Information Infrastructure Protection. He has testified before congressional committees on computer security and cyber crime, and has been instrumental in the creation of public and private partnerships and information-sharing initiatives. He is regularly featured on cable, broadcast, and international media talking about cyber-security and critical infrastructure protection. He is a co-author of The Black Book on Corporate Security and author of Patrolling CyberSpace, Lessons Learned from a Lifetime in Data Security.

Mr. Schmidt has been appointed to the Information Security Privacy Advisory Board (ISPAB) to advise the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), the Secretary of Commerce and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget on information security and privacy issues. He has also been appointed as a member of the Permanent Stakeholders Group (PSG) for the European Network Information Security Agency (ENISA).

Mr. Schmidt holds a bachelor's degree in business administration (BSBA) and a master's degree in organizational management (MAOM) from the University of Phoenix. He also holds an Honorary Doctorate degree in Humane Letters. Howard is a Professor of Practice at GA Tech, GTISC, Professor of Research at Idaho State University and Adjunct Distinguished Fellow with Carnegie Mellon's CyLab and a Distinguished Fellow of the Ponemon Institute.

About Shawn Henry
Mr. Henry began his career as a Special Agent with the FBI in 1989. His first office of assignment was the Washington Metropolitan Field Office, where he investigated a variety of matters, focusing primarily on public corruption. He was also a member of the FBI SWAT team. In 1995, Mr. Henry was the recipient of the Director's Award for Outstanding Criminal Investigation. In 1996, Mr. Henry was promoted to Supervisory Special Agent in the Public Corruption Unit at FBIHQ, with program management oversight for public corruption investigations nationwide.

In 1999, Mr. Henry was designated Chief of the Computer Investigations Unit within the National Infrastructure Protection Center at FBIHQ, with management responsibility for all criminal computer intrusion matters under investigation by the FBI. Mr. Henry was appointed as a representative for the United States' delegation to the G8 as a member of the cybercrime subgroup.

In 2001, Mr. Henry was promoted to field supervisor of the Computer Crimes Squad for the FBI's Baltimore Field Office, with responsibility for investigation of computer intrusion and computer fraud matters, computer forensic examinations, and technical operations. In 2003, Mr. Henry was named Assistant Inspector and Team Leader in the Inspection Division at FBIHQ where he led teams conducting evaluations and audits of FBI Field Offices and Headquarters' Divisions.

In 2004, Mr. Henry was selected as Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Philadelphia Field Office, with oversight for all Administrative matters, Special Operations, Technical Services, and the Field Intelligence Group. Mr. Henry was subsequently detailed to FBIHQ to assist in the implementation of the National Security Branch (NSB), coordinating the FBI's Counterintelligence and Counterterrorism Divisions, and the Directorates of Intelligence and Weapons of Mass Destruction into one focused National Security operational entity. In 2006 he was selected as a member of the Senior Executive Service to serve as Chief of the Executive Staff to the Executive Assistant Director of the NSB.

In 2007, Mr. Henry was named Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI's Cyber Division, with program management responsibility for all FBI computer investigations worldwide.

In September 2008, Mr. Henry was named Assistant Director of the Cyber Division. Mr. Henry has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University in New York, and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is married and has two daughters.

Gregory Bryant is vice president and general manager of the Digital Office Platform Division for Intel's Business Client Group. He is responsible for the development and advancement of Intel's business client platforms globally, including Intel® vPro™ Processor Technology.

Bryant has led vPro from its inception through launch and subsequent expansion across desktop and mobile systems. With vPro, Bryant led a shift in the business PC market, creating a unique offering focused on security, manageability and energy efficient performance that fundamentally changed how business PCs are managed.

Bryant developed his IT expertise during a decade with Intel's Information Technology Group. Progressing through engineering and operations roles, he culminated his tenure in IT as the director of office computing. Marius Haas is Senior Vice President and Worldwide General Manager of the ProCurve Networking business. He oversees the group's worldwide operations, with a focus on expanding its position as a leading networking supplier in the market.

Previously, Haas served as senior vice president of strategy and corporate development for HP. In that role, he led initiatives that focused on improving efficiency and driving growth, including the execution and integration of all acquisitions since 2004. In January of 2004, Togliatti was appointed as Director of Public Safety for the State of Nevada. Prior to his service with the state, Togliatti was the Regional Vice President of Government, Community Relations, and Regulatory Compliance for Harrah's Entertainment, Inc.
